When you sign up for email

Brandon Gustafson uses your first name, last name, and email address to send the Life Reset workbook and emails about goals, journaling, organization, and weekly planning. Your name is used to address you by name.

MailerLite stores the email list and sends these emails. It may record your signup date, form source, IP address, approximate location, and email activity such as delivery, opens, clicks, and unsubscribes. These records help manage the list and understand which emails are useful. Read MailerLite’s privacy policy for more about its processing.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any email. To ask about your information, request a correction, or request removal, email [email protected]. Unsubscribing stops future marketing emails; it does not automatically erase every delivery or suppression record.

When you visit the website

The website runs on WordPress at Hostinger and uses Cloudflare for delivery and security. These services may process technical details such as your IP address, browser information, page requests, and security logs. Cookies may be used for site functions, security, and the email form.

Your completed workbook answers stay with you. The website does not ask you to upload them.
